Ministry & Membership
Elaine Peresluha
Interim Senior Minister
Elaine provides spiritual and executive leadership for All Souls, guiding worship, staff, and the congregation through this transitional period.
Pamela Patton
Assistant Minister
Pamela provides pastoral care, community leadership, and programmatic vision across All Souls. She also leads the Mindfulness | Meditation | Buddhism program.
Jessica Hess
Director of Lifespan Faith Formation
Jessica leads educational and spiritual programming for all ages—from children’s faith formation to adult learning—encouraging growth through shared exploration and reflection.
Gretchen Joy Gabrielson
Spiritual Care and Membership Manager
Gretchen oversees membership, pastoral care coordination, and community engagement, helping newcomers and members alike feel connected and supported.
Taylor Gallihue
Communications Manager
Taylor leads communications and marketing for All Souls, overseeing print and digital materials, website and social media, and congregation-facing campaigns.

Mindfulness | Meditation | Buddhism Program Assistant
Laura supports the Mindfulness | Meditation | Buddhism program, coordinating events and nurturing participant engagement.

Youth Group Coordinator
Hayley supports the spiritual and personal growth of All Souls’ teens through weekly gatherings, service opportunities, and community-building activities.

Nursery Care Provider
Isabella provides nurturing, dependable care for our youngest children during worship and programs.

Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez
Director of Music
Alejandro directs the vibrant music program at All Souls, including Musica Viva NY, and shaping the musical and artistic life of worship.
Trent Johnson
Assistant Music Director
Trent serves as organist and directs the Community Choir, collaborating on worship music planning and supporting the rich musical tradition of All Souls.
Erinn Sensenig
Artistic Operations Manager
Erinn coordinates the logistics of the music program, managing scheduling, musician staffing, and administrative planning for All Souls and Musica Viva NY.
Facilities & Operations
Kenny Luciano
Director of Facilities
Kenny oversees all building and property operations at All Souls, including maintenance, construction, event rentals, and vendor management. He ensures our historic building remains safe, efficient, and welcoming.

Facilities Manager
John supports building operations, compliance, and maintenance, keeping All Souls running smoothly day to day.

Rentals and Event Administrator
Rudy manages external event rentals and congregational coordination—ensuring that gatherings large and small run smoothly with care.

Finance and Human Resources Assistant
Maxine supports staff and operations through human resources, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.

Cristian manages donation tracking, invoicing, and contributions to ensure smooth and organized financial operations.
