Estonian National Opera Boys’ Choir: “Northern Echoes: Voices from Estonia”

Experience the unique sound of Estonia in an evening of choral music performed by the internationally acclaimed Estonian National Opera Boys’ Choir and Youth Men’s Choir.

Under the direction of Hirvo Suva, one of Estonia’s leading choral conductors, the choir presents “Northern Echoes: Voices from Estonia,” a programme featuring works by some of Estonia’s most celebrated composers: Veljo Tormis, Eduard Tubin, Cyrillus Kreek, Mart Saar, and Andres Lemba.

Just days before arriving in New York, the choir will perform its full concert programme in the Great Hall of the Konzerthaus Berlin as part of the renowned Young Euro Classic festival. Renowned for its exceptional musical quality and expressive performances, the choir now brings the rich traditions of Estonian choral music to New York.
