Join to hear the Transition Team’s findings from the What’s On Your Mind Appreciative Inquiry Listening Sessions — the congregation-wide effort to surface hopes, concerns, and dreams for All Souls’ future. The team will share what they heard across themes like community and belonging, spiritual life, leadership, and institutional sustainability, and outline the initiatives taking shape in response.
