Please join us for this online retreat with Dr. Pilar Jennings – A Buddhist & Psychological Response to War: Working with Compassion and Wisdom When It Is Most Needed In this 1-day retreat online, we will explore the impact of war and its aftermath from a Buddhist and psychotherapeutic lens. Dr. Pilar Jennings will offer teachings on compassion and wisdom as the primary methods for surviving the impact of war and our ongoing efforts at recovery. With periods of meditation, conversation, and discussion, together we will enjoy a day of deep inquiry that offers needed insight and well-being. An offering is requested.
