UUA General Assembly Discussion

Join us for an Introduction to the Unitarian Universalist Association’s General Assembly! Sponsored by veteran All Souls GA delegates, the Deacons, and the Women’s Alliance
Join us for a discussion of the UUA’s annual gathering, General Assembly, the role it plays in UUA governance, in faith formation, and in social action. Topics will include:
(1) programming, themes and actions in recent years,
(2) the relation between the UUA and local congregations,
(3) nuts and bolts of the schedule and the role of delegates, and
(4) issues that are voted on in the business sessions.
Of particular note for 2024 is the proposed revision of Article II. Because this is a major revision, we will schedule a second meeting focused on this.
