Rosh Hashanah with the Shul of New York

September 12 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

Join us as part of our High Holy Days programs for Rosh Hashanah!

The Shul of New York is a Jewish synagogue whose values closely align with our own, particularly their strong commitment to radical inclusivity. For over 25 years The Shul of New York, a liberal non-denominational synagogue, has fostered a community dedicated to a living, breathing, progressive Judaism. A place where spirituality is practiced, questions are welcomed, prayers are sung, and the sacred is discovered together. The Shul states that “all are welcome as they are to our vibrant, spiritual, inclusive community committed to social justice, personal growth, and a joyful expression of Judaism.”

The Shul currently does not have a permanent building and typically meets at the Orensanz Building on the Lower East Side. However, they are unable to use that space for Rosh Hashanah and will instead offer those services at All Souls. As part of this collaboration, a member of our clergy has been invited to participate in their services and our community is invited to attend all these services at either location free of charge.
