This is a weekly dialogue series hosted by Rev. Kathleen Rolenz, Bridge Senior Minister of All Souls, meeting Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00 AM EST via Zoom. This series combines storytelling, book discussions, and spiritual exploration through monthly themed conversations. From January through June 2025, participants will explore topics including congregational ministry, UUA Article II discussions, conflict transformation, biblical interpretation, and poetry!
Upcoming Topics:
May 20 – The Role of Senior Minister: Re-examining ministry in the 21st Century. The role of the Senior Minister has been rapidly changing. What does that position look like now?
May 27 – Governance among Large (550+) churches. By-laws, Governing documents, Policy-based governance, Emergent Strategy, Progressive Stack; these are all pieces and parts of the infrastructure of a congregation. After a brief presentation, I’ll entertain your questions and hear your joys and concerns!
June 3 -Stump the Chump (or, Ask the Minister). You bring questions to the Senior Bridge Minister and I’ll answer them to the best of my ability.
