Reflection and Meditation on the Eightfold Path with Dr. Pilar Jennings

February 23, 2025 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm EST

In this in-person series, Pilar Jennings will explore the method for awakening known as the 8-Fold Path.  This foundational teaching in Buddhist psychology offers a clear roadmap for exploring and working through our many interpersonal challenges and collective concerns.  Themes will include the role of ethics, the impact of mindfulness, and the potential joy accessed through wisdom. This is the first session, and they will all be standalone so it’s fine to come to one or all.

The program will include guided meditations, discussion, and a Dharma talk.  All are welcome!

We remain cautious about Covid, and we ask that you please test on Sunday morning if you are attending this program. Also be sure to dress warmly since we’ll keep windows open.

Donations are suggested to support Pilar. Thank you for giving what you can. You can give by Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, check or cash at the program.
