In Memory Of George
Our beloved program director, George Collins, passed away on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023. George began volunteering with MNH around 1998, when we were serving 72 guests each week in a partnership with the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter. Never one to turn away a person in need, George pushed the program to grow in order to feed the additional guests who showed up week after week. Under George’s leadership, the program grew to serve more than 350 guests each week.
