Kenny Luciano
Property Manager
Kenny joins us as a dedicated Property Manager—a role that involves overseeing the daily operations and long-term planning of buildings and facilities. Property Managers are responsible for maintaining safety, efficiency, and functionality across a property, ensuring that everything from maintenance to budgeting and staff coordination runs smoothly. They are the behind-the-scenes leaders who make spaces feel safe, welcoming, and well cared for.
Kenny brings over 20 years of experience as a Certified Facilities Manager, having transformed complex operations in academic institutions, entertainment venues, and art galleries. Raised in the South Bronx, Kenny‘s early life instilled in him a deep sense of resilience and authenticity—values that continue to shape his work and leadership style.
His career highlights include managing multimillion-dollar budgets and unionized teams at Barnard College, as well as implementing creative digital solutions to improve safety and efficiency. A particularly formative chapter of his journey was at Jazz at Lincoln Center during its startup phase, where he helped orchestrate special events that united music and the arts. That experience not only enhanced his operational expertise but also nurtured his lifelong passion for music, which once included a 15-year studio partnership in the Bronx.
Outside of work, Kenny is the proud patriarch of a blended family of five and a devoted grandfather. He believes deeply in leading with heart—whether managing a facility or nurturing relationships at home. His blend of professional skill, personal integrity, and creative vision makes him a valuable addition to the All Souls Community.
