Join All Soul’s seminary interns Ian Miles and Laura Brown-Lavoie for a second session our mindful eating series. Mindful eating is an invitation to bring awareness and gratitude into one of the most common activities of our daily life: eating! Our opening session will be drop-in where we will introduce the practice of mindful eating and drinking.
The subsequent three sessions will be the first three Thursdays of November, from 6-7 PM. We will share dharma teachings and silent meditation practice over a simple nourishing vegetarian meal.
