Join All Soul’s seminary interns Ian Miles and Laura Brown-Lavoie for a four-week series of mindful eating practice in advance of the holiday season. Mindful eating is an invitation to bring awareness and gratitude into one of the most common activities of our daily life: eating! Our opening session will be drop-in where we will introduce the practice of mindful eating and drinking.
The subsequent three sessions will be the first three Thursdays of November, from 6-7 PM. We will share dharma teachings and silent meditation practice over a simple nourishing vegetarian meal. Our hope is to support each other in developing practices that will help us bring peacefulness and presence to all the tables where we find ourselves this winter.
