We also want to answer any questions you have about the interim process. \nThe members of the team are Miles Chapin\, Sally Turner\, Heather Floyd\, Malinda Foy\, Tara McNamara\, Bryce Stack\, Christina Darnowski\, Emma Clarkson and Trevor Sanson. \nUpcoming Schedule: Four sessions Sundays at 4 PM- Sign up HERE! \nEach listening session will be divided into two parts: First\, we’ll listen to whatever you want to share about what’s on your mind. Then\, you’ll participate in an Appreciative Inquiry dyad (paired conversation). As you talk\, your scribe will capture themes\, ideas\, and feelings on a flipchart. All the information will be gathered\, collated\, sorted and used to identify and prioritize the work we will address during our interim. \nThe TT and I will use these notes to identify what is most important to the members of All Souls. Without any identifying details\, or sensitive information\, the results will be reported to the Board\, staff and published\, unless you tell us that you do not want your sharing recorded. No names will be credited to any information. \nThe success of these listening sessions is directly proportional to the number of people who participate so be sure to attend one or more sessions! There will be a sign-up table this Sunday at coffee hour and an online option will be available early next week. We hope to see everyone at these sessions and learn what is on your minds.
