SUMMARY:Adult Religious Education: The Power of Community in Uncertain Times with Shelley Tupper
DESCRIPTION:In uncertain times\, community matters more than ever. Join Shelley Tupper on March 22 and April 19 for The Power of Community in Uncertain Times\, a research-informed conversation on connection\, resilience\, and well-being. \n\nIn a world that feels increasingly fast\, fractured\, and uncertain\, one thing remains constant: our need for human connection. Regardless of our age\, beliefs\, or life experiences\, we are wired for community. Research in Positive Psychology continues to show that meaningful connection is not a “nice to have\,” but a foundational element of well-being\, resilience\, and hope. All Souls has long been a source of community well beyond Sunday mornings. This spring\, through two engaging sessions in March 22nd and April 19th\, Shelley Tupper\, Practitioner in Positive Psychology\, will guide a reflective\, research-informed conversation on why connection matters so deeply\, how community strengthens us in challenging times\, and how we become more resilient and able to flourish when we don’t go it alone. These gatherings are designed to offer clarity\, inspiration\, and possibility along with practical ideas and simple tools you can carry into everyday life. Save the dates and join the conversation.
